Order Status

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Changes

Orders are processed quickly once submitted.

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact support as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once production begins.

Production Time

Most employee store orders are produced within 5–7 business days after the ordering period closes.

Production timelines may vary depending on the program.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping details may vary depending on your company’s employee store program.

Orders may be shipped:

• directly to your home

• to a company location for distribution

You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Because apparel is custom decorated, exchanges may be limited.
