Thank you for shopping with Open Your Closet. Because many of our products are custom decorated or made to order, please review our refund and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom Products

Many items sold through Open Your Closet are custom decorated with logos, designs, or personalization. Because of the customized nature of these products, all sales are generally final once production begins.

We encourage customers to carefully review product details, sizing charts, and customization options before completing their purchase.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be considered in limited circumstances.

We may offer an exchange if:


  • the item received is defective

  • the item received is damaged during shipping

  • the item received is incorrect due to an order error

If an issue occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Incorrect Size Orders

Because most apparel items are custom decorated, we are unable to guarantee exchanges for incorrect sizes.

Please review the size chart provided on each product page before placing your order.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly once submitted.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once production has started.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where:


  • the product is defective

  • the product was damaged during shipping

  • the incorrect item was sent

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Employee Store Orders

Items purchased through employee stores are custom produced for each program and are typically not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Please review size charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering.

Reporting Issues

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product.

  • description of the issue

  • photos if applicable
