Return & Exchange Policy

Custom Products

All items purchased through the Office Environments Corporate Store are custom-produced specifically for this program. Because of the personalized nature of these products, all sales are considered final.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Customized or decorated apparel
  • Promotional products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during production or shipping
  • Defective
  • Different from what you ordered

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

When contacting support, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item, if applicable

We will review the issue and, if approved, replace the item at no additional cost.

Order Changes

Because orders begin production shortly after they are placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has entered production.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.
